In Memoriam - Mike Lippold OBE

Mike died last Wednesday after complications during surgery.

Mike also suffered dementia for a couple of years but his passing came as a great shock.

Mike was respected everywhere throughout industry, he was Managing Director and a Chairman of a Blue-Chip Company, President of the Lighting Industry Association, Master of The Worshipful Company of Lightmongers, also Chairman of several Charitable Trusts and then finally being awarded with the OBE for services rendered.

Mike was in retirement living in Portscatho Cornwall a place which he loved for many years.

He was well respected throughout the world, had fantastic friends, was respected throughout all his life and was a great Ambassador for the Lighting Industry Association.

We wish Judy and the family well and extend our sympathy and condolences to them all.
