Our "Resilience" course, an integral part of the Behavioural Leadership Development Pathway, is designed to help you build and sustain resilience in both your professional and personal life. This course offers valuable insights into understanding your own resilience levels and equips you with practical tools to enhance your ability to navigate challenges and adapt to change.

You’ll learn to assess your current resilience and identify any skills gaps, gaining a deep understanding of how factors like sleep, diet, and mindset influence your ability to cope with stress. The course delves into the impact of negative automatic thoughts (NATs) and provides strategies to effectively manage these, boosting your emotional wellbeing. You’ll also explore powerful models such as different perspective-thinking, GLAD, and 5E’s, which can be applied across various contexts to strengthen resilience.

By the end of this course, you’ll not only be able to improve your own resilience but also support others in developing theirs.
